Exploring Ignatian Spirituality

This introduction to Ignatian Spirituality includes exposure to the life of St. Ignatius and his Spiritual Exercises. Ignatian Spirituality helps us discover God working in our daily lives. It invites us into deeper awareness of God’s love and into greater freedom to follow God’s call.
Whether you are new to St. Ignatius of Loyola, or whether you are familiar with the Spiritual Exercises, this four-week Lenten series has something for everyone. Each evening will include a presentation on an Ignatian theme, quiet time for personal reflection, and an opportunity for sharing in a small group.
- February 28: The Principle and Foundation
- March 7: God’s Unconditional Love
- March 14: Discernment of Spirits
- March 21: Finding God in All Things
