We believe You are the Creator of all in this world. We pray tonight, when Christianity recognizes this Thursday as the start of these holiest days of the church year, remembering the meal and example Jesus shared with his disciples.
A story in the 4th chapter of the Gospel of Mark talks about the disciples in the boat when a huge storm overcomes their boat and they are afraid. They are afraid not only of the peril and danger but of the darkness in the middle of the night. The disciples are experienced boatmen yet their response to this turbulent event is to wake Jesus and question Him.
As with each Church season of Lent in our lives we are challenged to reflect on our spiritual life. Please honor the silence and the prayer time. Let us pray: Let us sing of the Lord,...let us sing salvation, let us praise God's name.
Throughout Lent we are being challenged to reflect on our spiritual life. Please honor the silence and the prayer time. Let us pray: Lord, during this time of Lent, change our hearts. We ask you - be for us light which says we never walk alone.
Throughout the time leading up to Easter, we are being asked to reflect on our lives. Please honor the silence and the prayer time. So let us pray, ... I will sing of the Lord, I will sing salvation. I will praise God's name.
