A fantastic selection of songs are featured in this brand new musical revue from shows including Les Misérables, Into the Woods, Matilda, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof, Once on This Island, Little Shop of Horrors, and many more!

Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) created this revue for theatres across the globe to use as a celebratory event performed over the same weekend of November 12, 2021. The Jesuit HS performances are scheduled for November 12-14, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm, and Sunday at 2 pm.

ALL TOGETHER NOW! features songs from MTI's beloved catalogue of musicals including Annie, Come From Away, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof, Into the Woods, Les Misérables, Little Shop of Horrors, Matilda, Once on This Island, Waitress and many more!

According to MTI, over 5,500 performances of the show will be staged over that same weekend in November, in more than 2,500 schools and theatres, representing 40-plus countries and territories and all 50 states.

MTI's President and CEO, Drew Cohen stated, "MTI's ALL TOGETHER NOW! is about bringing people back to the theatre, whether as audience members or cast, crew and musicians. The revue features songs from the world's most iconic musicals, so there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Our goal with this worldwide event is for organizations to provide hope, inspiration and excitement to their communities through the transformative power of musical theatre."

The Jesuit High School production will feature unique content and special guests at each performance, showcasing the school's Theatre, Music, and Visual Art programs. A cast of 31 students will create the musical framework, which will include some different material at each showing. Jesuit's three choirs will appear over the course of the weekend, and musical numbers will also highlight a drumline from the Band program, and members of the new Guitar class.

Each performance will also spotlight a different Alumni Guest Performer, as well as the newest members of the JHS Theatre Community, the 2021 JHS Freshman Ensemble.

"The Arts have been a part of Jesuit Education throughout its 473-year history," says Fine Arts Department Chair and Theatre Program Co-Director, Jeff Hall. "And though we had to step back from the spotlight as we navigated our way through the pandemic, our students found ways to keep that light burning. We're thrilled to be able to safely welcome live audiences again, and to celebrate with theatres, schools, and communities around the world as we dive back into our programming."

"DIVING IN" is the theme of the 2021-2022 JHS Theatre Season, and a full slate of productions – including the recent Broadway hit, THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL – promises to explore new depths in how the arts can play a meaningful role in the lives of students, families, and community members alike.
