Fall Workout Sign Up and Agreement
Important Notes:

SIGN UP IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th.

You may sign up for as many sports as you want - make sure you don't sign up for workouts that are at the same time.

You are committing to attend for all five weeks. (With the exception of Golf and Women's Tennis which have two and three dates, respectively.)

Note that for several sports, you will be contacted later with the exact location and/or time. This is because we need to balance numbers at each location and can't accurately do that until we know how many athletes have signed up.

The athlete AND parent must provide a digital signature for the Athlete & Parent Agreement.

Men's Soccer - Tuesdays 3:30-5:00pm - Choose the option that applies to you. WORKOUTS END NOVEMBER 17th
Cross Country - Choose the option that applies to you (Freshmen - you are "Group B" unless you have already been told otherwise by Coach  Rothenberger). All on the track & running paths) PRACTICES CONTINUE UNTIL NOVEMBER 17th
Men's Basketball -Choose the option that applies to you. Athletes will be assigned to a gym (Smith or Knight) before September 14th. If more than 50 athletes sign up for a session, some athletes will alternate and have one workout in a given week.  
Women's Basketball -You may choose one or both options. – athletes will be assigned to a gym (Smith or Knight) PRACTICES END NOVEMBER 19th
Baseball - All levels will be practicing & scrimmaging together at one of the two times. – Athletes will be sent a schedule for which days/times they are assigned before 9/14.  
Softball - All Levels. Sign up for one or both sessions. PRACTICES END NOVEMBER 11th
Men's Tennis - Tennis Courts PRACTICES END NOVEMBER 16th
