Transfer Students
The transfer application process for the 2025-26 school year is now closed. We are fully enrolled and no longer accepting transfer applications. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please call the Admissions Office at 503-291-5423.
Important Information for Transfer Applicants
To apply online and check the status of your file, students in grades 9 through 11 need an online admissions account. We accept transfers into grade 12 only in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., if the student is transferring from a Catholic high school outside of the Portland metropolitan area).
Application Deadline
There is no application deadline for transfer applications. We accept applications for fall 2026 starting in February 2026 and on a rolling basis through spring/summer 2026. Transfer spots are filled throughout spring and summer as space becomes available. For optimal transfer opportunities, we recommend submitting all materials by May 1, 2026.
Financial Aid
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer financial assistance to transfer students at this time; however, we do have convenient tuition payment plans available to all our students. Click here for more information about tuition and financial aid.
Shadow Days
Beginning April 15, 2026, transfer applicants may schedule a shadow visit at Jesuit High School. Shadow visits begin at 7:45 am and end at 1:45 pm on school days (excluding Tuesdays). Applicants are paired with a student Ambassador for the first five classes of the day, plus lunch. Please plan on either bringing a sack lunch or $6 to buy lunch. To schedule a shadow day, please call the Admissions office at 503-291-5423. Transfer applicants are required to follow the school dress code on shadow day visits.
