Note: 8th grade families will be able to download some of these forms by logging into our application website. They will also be able to check their application status to see what forms Jesuit has received and which ones are still outstanding.
Teacher/Principal recommendations and school transcripts are required if you plan to apply to Jesuit High School. Prospective students request these recommendations and records after the placement test in December. A link to the system will be emailed to all test-takers after the test, as well as to anyone who submits an application. A link to the online system will also be added to this webpage in mid-December.
Please solicit your recommendations/records soon to allow your school staff plenty of time to process your requests by their early February deadline.
Please be aware that the “application” referred to on this 3rd party website (SchoolAdmin) is NOT an application for admission to Jesuit, but allows you to request school records. In order to do so, you will be required to complete several steps as part of the process.
Those intending to apply to Jesuit must submit an admissions application no later than January 17, 2020 using their JHS admissions account. Financial Aid applications are also due on January 17, 2020.
