Dan Goggin’s NUNSENSE begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. Five sisters decide that the best way to raise the money is to put on a variety show, so they take over the school auditorium, which is currently set up for the eighth grade production of “Grease.” The resulting production proves that it can be fun to be a nun, and that NUNSENSE is – indeed – habit forming!
ALTAR BOYZ tells the holy inspiring story of five small-town boys - Matthew, Mark, Luke, Juan and Abraham - trying to save the world one screaming fan at a time. Their pious pop act, including lyrics like "Girl You Make Me Wanna Wait" and "Jesus Called Me On My Cell Phone," worked wonders on the Ohio bingo-hall-and-pancake-breakfast circuit. But when they tour to the big city, will the boyz take a bite out of the forbidden apple? With angelic singing, sinfully spectacular dancing and a touching story, ALTAR BOYZ is destined to rock the masses!
This musical double-header will perform in repertory in the Marilyn Moyer Theatre, as the five young women of NUNSENSE alternate with the five young men of ALTAR BOYZ, providing a double dose of divine comedy.

When a die-hard musical theatre fan plays his favorite cast album (a smash hit from 1928 called "The Drowsy Chaperone") the show itself magically bursts to life in his apartment. We are instantly immersed in the glamorous, hilarious tale of a celebrity bride and her uproarious wedding day, complete with thrills and surprises that take both the cast (literally) and the audience (metaphorically) soaring into the rafters. For theatre devotees, there is nothing more sacred than musical comedy itself, and nothing more fun than this simultaneous send-up of – and homage to – Broadway’s golden era.
THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) April 28 - May 1, 2011 Marilyn Moyer Theatre Tickets go on sale March 26th. Subscribers begin claiming their seats March 12th! Click here to Subscribe!
Experience Shakespeare as written by Reader's Digest, acted by Monty Python, and performed at the speed of the minute waltz. This creation of the RSC (The Reduced Shakespeare Company) takes the most sacred of theatrical texts for a 21st Century ride, attempting to present Shakespeare's entire canon, complete with subversive concepts and shady scholarship, in one blinding sweep. Yet, somehow, this Atlantean endeavor transcends the bibliomaniac bombast of the pedagogue to reveal the simple beauty of the Bard. And it's funny.
