Financial Aid Luncheon
Thanks to the generosity of our Jesuit High School community, this year’s Financial Aid Luncheon raised over $380,000 in support of financial aid to our 334 Jesuit students and families on need-based tuition assistance.
Held on Wednesday, October 17, in the Knight Center, our record audience of more than 730 guests were treated to a keynote presentation by Alberto Salazar, world renowned long distance runner, coach of two 2012 Olympic Gold and Silver Medalists, current coach in the Nike Oregon Project, and JHS alumni parent. Emceed by KGW news anchor, Joe Donlon, the lunch program provided an opportunity for our guests to enjoy the Jesuit Chamber Choir and learn about the significant impact financial aid has on the entire Jesuit community.
We share our collective gratitude with our guest student, donor, alumni and family presenters who shared their personal stories with all of us. And to our contributors to financial aid, we are so thankful for your investment in Jesuit education and greater affordability for all for all who seek it.
