Financial Aid Application Process for 2016-17
Jesuit High School strives to provide a Jesuit education to families, regardless of financial circumstances. For the 2016-17 school year, Jesuit has provided $2.9 million in need-based tuition assistance to 26% of students (financial aid awards range from 10%-90% of the subsidized tuition rate).
Our financial aid application process for 2016-17 is online through Private School Aid Service. Please click here to access the online application for financial aid. For more information about the online application process, click here for the Online Information Guide.
Alternatively, you can apply for financial aid by completing a PDF application following these steps:
- Download and complete the financial aid application packet - English or Spanish version. Please note that in addition to printing and handwriting or typing directly on the application, you can also complete the application packet directly on your computer screen by placing your cursor at the appropriate fields and typing in the information. You can then print the completed document and save it to your computer for your records (if you are running Acrobat 7 or higher). Please note on the application that the filing deadline is January 15, 2016.
- Send the Student Aid form plus a check or money order for $31.00 for the processing fee, directly to: Private School Aid Service, P.O. Box 89434, Cleveland, Ohio 44101-6434.
- Required: copies of your 2014 Federal Income Tax return (1040 Form) and copies of all 2014 W2 and/or 1099 forms for individuals listed in Sections A and B of the application. If you have not filed or will not file a tax return, include all appropriate forms per Section M of the instructions.
Private School Aid Service processes all the applications for financial aid through a computer analysis and makes recommendations to Jesuit regarding the number of awards to be granted and the number of dollars in each award. The financial aid committee reviews the recommendations and makes the final decisions. Letters regarding your financial aid award will be mailed to you on March 10, 2016. Due to the high demand, not every family that qualifies for financial aid will receive it.
IMPORTANT NOTE: FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF THEY ARE SUBMITTED AFTER THE JANUARY 15, 2016 DEADLINE (postmarked by January 15th).
